Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged. Please note that all items are checked on site prior to shipping. The returned item must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Castle Supps Online.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be exchanged or refunded.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be refunded.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

After your return has been received by ourselves and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will then be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you find that you have not received your refund, please firstly check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund transaction to complete.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please mail your product to;

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are return shipping an item, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
